Hi all,

My name is Darryl.

I wanted to use this blog to assist all expats in Thailand, old or new, to some of the joys and difficulties I have experienced in just trying to live here.

The majority of difficulties we have as expats is communicating with the locals, and attempting to locate goods and services that can be almost impossible due to the communication problems.

Here I will share some of my experiences in the hope it will help.

I would ask that if any of you have your own experiences, please share them through the comments. The more the merrier.

I have a sister blog Home Workshop in Thailand, which attempts to do the same thing with setting up a Workshop at home. For hobbyists, or people just interested.
