After some help.
I have spent many hours trying to find out information on the faucet mount system as in photo below.

It is from a Rasland RA LUX888 faucet.
Originally purchased at HomePro in Phitsanulok. I've looked in Homerro Bang Sa-re, but they didn't have anything in stock. Made asking the staff extremely difficult without something to point to.
The black plastic "hand nut" seems to be a ghost. I cannot find any information at all.
Anything as to tooling that could be used or replacement parts for this faucet would be much appreciated.
